WHAT'S INCLUDED:

• Sunday - Staying at the hotel? Settle into your room and get full access to all resort amenities (lounge chairs and umbrellas on private beach, pool, hot tub, outside cash bar, fire pit, fitness room, wifi, bottled water, daily newspaper, in-room coffee, overnight parking and pool towels) or shop til you drop in nearby in Delray Beach and Boca Raton before popping by the outside bar between in the evening to pick up your name badge and meet your fellow mahjong players. Enjoy dinner on your own at nearby restaurants or the onsite award winning restaurant, Latitudes.

• Monday and Tuesday - Join us for a sunrise stretch and walk along the ocean. Enjoy complimentary breakfast and lunch. Join us for friendly and relaxed mahjong sessions with games and raffle prizes each morning and afternoon in our oceanside meeting room with direct access to the beach. Spend your evenings relaxing with your new friends and enjoying the evening at nearby restaurants or the onsite award winning restaurant, Latitudes, for dinner on your own.

A standard hotel room for two nights is included and if you want to stay a little longer, a discounted room rate is available for a third night. You also have the opportunity to upgrade to a poolside or oceanfront room if available for an additional cost.

Super Early Bird retreat pricing: $1050 double occupancy or $1425 single occupancy. Save your spot with a $500 deposit before prices increase or event sells out.

GRACE PERIOD: You will have 10 days to ensure timing and logistics work before deposits become nonrefundable. Please note that any refunds made during that 10 day grace period will be reduced by any credit card fees we have incurred.

The balance will be due by October 1. Want to save $50? Pay in full within 30 days of deposit.

Important - Please read: After the 10 day grace period, reservations are nonrefundable (but transferable) so please check your calendar carefully. We are contractually committed to the hotel for rooms, meeting space and food. If you have an emergency and someone from the waitlist can fill your spot, we will refund your payment, less any merchant bank fees we incurred, once they have paid in full.
